Electrolyte tablets for rapid rehydration in blackcurrant flavour.

O.R.S Hydration Tablets are soluble tablets formulated with electrolytes and glucose to help restore fluid levels during exercise, travel, or mild dehydration. Each pack contains 24 tablets in blackcurrant flavour. Low in calories (8.7 kcal per tablet), gluten-free, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

How to use

Dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml water for general hydration. For children aged 3-6 years, drink 10ml prepared solution per kg body weight in small sips. For sports, dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Use prepared solution within 8 hours (24 hours if refrigerated).

Suitable for

Suitable for children under 12 and children aged 12 years and over.

Storage

Store below 25°C, away from heat and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed.

Warnings

Do not exceed 24 tablets in 24 hours for adults or 10 tablets for children. Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, are on a low-sodium diet, have intestinal obstruction, or liver/kidney problems. Keep out of reach of children.
