Repeat Prescriptions
Order your regular NHS medicines online or through your GP and collect them from your local Procters Pharmacy.
Order your NHS repeat prescription
The easiest way to order your regular medicines is through the NHS App or NHS website. Simply select the medicines you need and make sure your local Procters Pharmacy is set as your nominated pharmacy.
Once your GP surgery has approved the request, the prescription will be sent to us electronically. Our pharmacy team can then prepare your medicines for collection.
You can also request your repeat prescription directly from your GP surgery, including by returning the paper repeat slip supplied with your medication.

Electronic repeat dispensing
If your medication is stable and you take the same medicines regularly, your GP may be able to set up Electronic Repeat Dispensing, also known as eRD.
With eRD, your GP can authorise a series of prescriptions covering up to 12 months. These are sent electronically to your nominated Procters pharmacy and released at regular intervals, so you do not need to submit a new request each month.
Speak to your GP surgery to find out whether eRD is suitable for you.
Nominate Procters as your pharmacy
To collect your prescriptions from Procters, choose your preferred branch as your nominated pharmacy in the NHS App or speak to one of our team next time you visit a Procters Pharmacy. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time.
