Description

Gaviscon Double Action Mint Chewable Tablets provide dual-action relief from heartburn and indigestion by neutralising excess stomach acid and forming a protective barrier against reflux.

How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: chew 2 to 4 tablets after meals and at bedtime, up to 4 times daily. Children under 12 years should only use on medical advice.

Active ingredients

Sodium alginate 250 mg, sodium hydrogen carbonate 106.5 mg, calcium carbonate 187.5 mg per tablet.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Storage

Store in original package. Blister trays: do not store above 30°C. Flip-top containers: do not store above 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Warnings

Do not take within 2 hours of other medicines as it may interfere with their action. High in sodium; use with caution if on a low-salt diet. Contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine) and carmoisine (E122) which may cause allergic reactions. If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, seek medical advice. Not recommended for children under 12 without medical advice.
