Description

The Twin Handled Walking Stick is a folding walking aid with a pivoting three-foot base and two handles. The upper handle supports walking, while the lower handle provides an additional handhold when rising from a chair.

The stick is height adjustable and can stand upright when not in use.

How to use

Adjust the upper handle to a comfortable walking height and make sure the height adjustment is locked. Use the upper handle for walking support. When rising from a chair, the lower handle can provide an additional handhold where it is safe to do so. Keep all three feet in contact with the floor before putting weight through the stick.

Suitable for

Suitable for adults who need a single walking stick and may benefit from a second lower handhold when standing from a seated position.

Storage

Fold or store upright in a clean, dry place. Keep the rubber tips clean and allow the stick to dry fully after wet use.

Warnings

Maximum user weight 130kg. Check the three-foot base, rubber tips, folding joints and height adjustment regularly. Do not use if loose, worn or damaged. The lower handle is an aid and does not replace a stable chair, grab rail or professional transfer advice where greater support is needed.
