Description

Parasolve 500mg Effervescent Tablets are paracetamol tablets for relief of pain and fever, including headache, migraine, neuralgia, toothache, period pain, rheumatic aches and symptoms of colds and flu.

Pack of 24 effervescent tablets.

How to use

For oral use only. Dissolve the tablets in about 200ml of water and stir before taking. Adults, the elderly and children over 16 years: take 1 or 2 tablets up to 4 times daily, with at least 4 hours between doses; maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children aged 12–15 years: take 1 tablet every 4–6 hours when necessary, maximum 4 doses in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 12. Do not continue for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.

Storage

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place and do not use after the expiry date.

Warnings

Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products and do not exceed the stated dose. Seek immediate medical advice in the event of overdose, even if you feel well. Each tablet contains 438mg sodium; the maximum adult daily dose of 8 tablets contains 3504mg sodium. Ask a pharmacist or doctor for advice if you need this medicine regularly for a prolonged period, particularly if you have been advised to follow a low-salt diet. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have liver or kidney problems. Always read the leaflet.
