Reusable Hot and Cold Therapy Pack – Single

Cold use: place the pack in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Put the pack in a suitable sleeve before applying.

Microwave: heat for approximately 30 seconds on medium-high power. Check the temperature carefully. If more heat is required, continue in 15-second intervals.

Hot water: bring water to the boil, remove the pan from the heat and immerse the pack for approximately 4–10 minutes. Check after 4 minutes, then at 1-minute intervals until the required temperature is reached.

Allow the pack to return to room temperature before switching between hot and cold use.

Store clean and dry when not in use. The pack may be kept in the freezer ready for cold use. Allow it to return to room temperature between hot and cold applications.

Do not overheat. Microwave heating times are based on a 600W microwave; adjust the time to suit your microwave's power. Carefully check the pack temperature before every application. Always use a suitable sleeve or protective barrier between the pack and the skin to help prevent burns and skin irritation. When heating in hot water, check the temperature carefully to avoid burning yourself. Allow the pack to return to room temperature before changing between hot and cold use.

Seek medical advice if pain or swelling does not improve after repeated application, if pain is severe, if you suspect a fracture or other significant injury, if an acute injury limits movement or function, or if there are signs of infection such as redness, increasing swelling, warmth or pus. This pack is intended for first-aid relief and is not a replacement for professional medical treatment. If you have sensitive skin or are unsure whether the pack is suitable for you, consult a healthcare professional.
