The four-strain Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium blend is supplied as a 14-day pack for adult digestive and gut-flora support.

How to use

Adults: take one capsule daily with food. When used alongside antibiotics, leave at least two hours between the antibiotic and probiotic.

Active ingredients

50 billion Lab4 live bacteria per capsule: Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL60 and CUL21, Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL20 and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL34.
