Description

Otrivine Adult Nasal Spray is a fast-acting nasal decongestant spray for blocked noses caused by colds, allergies, hay fever or sinusitis.

Supplied in a 10ml metered-dose bottle.

How to use

Adults: one spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily. Prime the pump 4 times before first use. Do not exceed 3 applications daily. Re-prime if unused for more than 7 days.

Active ingredients

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v (140 micrograms per application).

Suitable for

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Storage

Freepod: no special storage precautions. Khone: do not store above 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.

Warnings

Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days; prolonged use may cause rebound congestion. Not suitable if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, atrophic rhinitis, or recent nasal surgery. Use with caution if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or thyroid problems. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the leaflet. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
