Description

Otex Express Ear Drops are a clinically proven ear-wax treatment designed to break down hardened wax and help it disperse from the ear canal.

The 10ml easy-squeeze bottle contains urea hydrogen peroxide with 8-hydroxyquinoline and glycerol and can reduce the need for ear syringing or microsuction.

How to use

Adults, the elderly and children: tilt the head and gently squeeze up to 5 drops into the affected ear. Keep the head tilted for a few minutes, then wipe away any surplus. Repeat once or twice daily for 3 to 4 days. Wash hands after use. Consult a doctor before use in children under 5 years.

Active ingredients

Urea hydrogen peroxide, 8-hydroxyquinoline and glycerol.

Suitable for

Suitable for adults, the elderly and children with a build-up of hardened ear wax. A doctor should confirm ear-wax build-up before use in children under 5 years.

Storage

Store below 25°C in a cool place away from sunlight. Store upright in the outer carton and replace the cap tightly after use. Discard 4 weeks after first opening. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Warnings

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient, if you have a history of ear problems unless supervised, a damaged eardrum, dizziness, ear pain, swelling, discharge, infection or tinnitus, or if the ear has been syringed in the last 2 to 3 days. Do not use while putting anything else in the ear, including a hearing aid. Avoid contact with the eyes. Stop use and seek advice if pain, irritation or symptoms persist.
