Description

Orajel Regular Dental Gel 10% provides rapid temporary relief of toothache pain caused by exposed tooth cavities.

Supplied in a 5.3g tube for short-term use while arranging dental care.

How to use

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: apply a small pea-sized amount into the affected tooth cavity using a clean finger or swab, up to 4 times daily. Do not use for longer than 4 days. See a dentist if toothache persists.

Benzocaine 10% w/w

Storage

No special storage precautions required.

Warnings

Do not use if allergic to benzocaine or any ingredient. Not for continuous use. Avoid hot drinks while using. Do not use if there is a family history of methaemoglobinaemia. Contains sorbic acid which may cause skin reactions. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, headache, breathlessness, nausea or vomiting. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
