Description

Children's suspension for pain and fever.

Nurofen for Children Strawberry Suspension 100ml is an oral suspension for relief of pain and fever in children. It should be dosed by age and weight according to the pack.

How to use

Shake well before use. Dose according to age and weight using the supplied measuring device. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give to babies under 3 months or children weighing 5kg or less. Follow the pack or leaflet dosing table exactly.

Active ingredients

Ibuprofen 100mg per 5ml (20mg/ml).

Suitable for

Suitable for children aged 3 months and over who weigh more than 5kg, with dosing according to age and weight.

Storage

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place and do not use after the expiry date.

Warnings

Do not give to babies under 3 months or children weighing 5kg or less. Do not use if your child has had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen, aspirin or another NSAID, or has an active or recurrent stomach ulcer or bleeding. For babies aged 3–6 months, seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or persist beyond 24 hours. From 6 months, seek advice if treatment is needed for more than 3 days or symptoms worsen. Always read the leaflet.
